Myth vs. Reality: Divorce Mediation is Only for Amicable Divorces




While it is true that mediation is most effective in amicable divorces.  It can also be beneficial for high conflict divorces.  Mediators are skilled in managing conflicts and facilitating communication between parties to find mutually acceptable solutions.  Mediation by design, is a process to help couples who may have disagreements and conflicts.  The mediator acts as a neutral third-party to guide the process and ensure both parties have a fair chance to express their concerns and reach agreements.
